The Universal Studios Property Department offers one of the largest, most diverse collections of props for all your production needs, including new media, student productions, and events. The department began over a hundred years ago and is regularly refreshed with new stock from Universal productions. The main self-service warehouse spans three floors with 100,000 square feet and another 25,000 square feet of inventory housed on the backlot, including: furniture, household items, office and restaurant equipment, hardware, light fixtures, handprops, statues and more.

The WB Property Department was established in the early days of the Studio to house the treasures and antiques from the very first Warner Bros. productions. Today, we have grown to over 200,000 square feet, encompassing four floors of set dressing. We feature the largest selection of furniture, rugs, drapery, lighting and hand props from ultra modern to rare antiquities from Hollywood’s Golden eras. In addition to our vast array of unique, antique and period set dressing, “The Collection” area of the Property Department houses the most contemporary and cutting edge furnishing in a convenient one-stop shopping experience.

If you are already familiar with Sony Pictures Props. facilities, you know that they have been offering their services since 1924. That’s more than 75 years of experience! The 75,000 square foot warehouse is well stocked with hand props, household and office furniture, rugs and lighting fixtures available to rent for productions. The costume department offers a full range of men’s and women’s clothing.

Located on Los Angeles’ Westside, the Fox on-lot warehouse offers an extensive array of costumes and textiles from all eras, and provides costume designers and costumers an opportunity to turn their ideas into works of art.

Since 2004, the exquisite costumes created by the Oregon Shakespeare Festival's talented professional artisans have been available for professional use through OSF Costume Rentals. OSF offer a wide variety of costumes, accessories and footwear, in many different styles and periods, from Roman to Modern, and beyond, featuring an extensive selection of Medieval and Renaissance costumes.

Vancouver Prop + Costume has been proudly serving the film and television production industry in BC and other parts of Canada for many years. GA Prop Source is a full service prop house located in Atlanta with over 50,000 square feet of warehouse space. History For Hire fills a 33,000 sq. ft. warehouse in North Hollywood with contemporary and historically accurate props and graphics. They are a family owned business that is very grateful for their talented and knowledgeable staff. Over the past 35 years History For Hire has been a part of historical growth and changes in the entertainment industry. They were there at the beginning of music videos in the 1980s, the growth of cable television in the 1990s, streaming media in the 2000s and social media in 2010s.
